A visit to CHARSADDA to help flood victims

Today I have visited CHARSADDA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with Mr Imran Saeed (EHSAS Foundation). We were around 30 people with Three Mini Trucks having food items to donate in that area. Food items including tea, dry milk, water, dates, beans, cooking oil, match stick, ORS, medicine, wheat flour etc for around 450 families.
We started our journey at around 6-15 am from International Islamic University Islamabad and after two and half hour we reached Nowshehra, we went into a village and see the conditions over there. We find that they are quite well and people already got donation. So we have to change our plan. Then we move to Charsadda, where we firstly go to a village where their were around 150 families who have lost there each and every thing. They do not have homes and lack of food items were there. With the help of a local we distribute food items to them. After almost two hours we move from there to another near by village. Again by the Grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH we donate food items among 300 families.
It was a journey I never forget. On our return we faced troubles like one of our vehicle got faulty so we have to suffer. Then our vehicle's tire got puncher. We done our iftari only by water 10km away from Islamabad on motorway.
May ALLAH Almighty accept our efforts and give us strength and courage to work more for the humanity. AMEEN
